Vtuber Intersection 1.31

Hey everyone! It's been a while. I was in a slump with version 2.0 for a while, but I realized the current release needed some updates. Welcome to Vtuber Intersection 1.3! Here's what's new:

- Added a version checking feature. Also added a feature that checks your existing data and makes any needed changes.

- Updated some character portraits.

- Added more rewards to Chapter 1.

- Reworked most of Chapter 2. Added a new character.

- Increased the deployment slots in Chapter 3.

- Added some dialogue to Chapter 4.

- Removed Fog of War from Chapter 6.

- Changed how Chapter 8 ends so it isn't as much of a slogfest.

Version 1.31 Update:

- Added Eilon to the memories menu.

- Fixed a bug where Eilon could shadowstep to a dead Eden.
